Four Points by Sheraton to Debut in Kelowna, British Columbia

(NYSE: HOT) today announced plans to introduce its rapidly expanding Four Points brand to Kelowna, British Columbia. Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport will open in Spring of 2013, just minutes from baggage claim. Owned by Argus Properties Ltd. and managed by Pacrim Hospitality Services, the newly constructed hotel will be the first Four Points hotel in Kelowna and the brand's fifth in British Columbia. Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport will feature 120 comfortable and stylish guest rooms, market-leading meeting facilities of 4,500 square feet, indoor pool, 24 hour fitness and all the other amenities that have made Four Points a favorite with travelers worldwide.
Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport is located at the entrance to Kelowna International Airport, Canada's 10th busiest, which has been recently approved for a $50M expansion to accommodate large numbers of international travelers.
